UPDATE!

Okay it is official i am by far the worst blogger in the history of blogging. I just cant seem to keep up. So here is the last month in fast forward... and backward.

So last week we got really bored. My roommate simple said this statement that instantly cured our boredom for awhile...

"Cowboys and Indians anyone?"

Nicole and I, of course, choose to be Indians while ....
Poor Alan and Allyse had to be cowboys :)
We spend the rest of the night making noise and trying to kill one another!

So yet again here we were bored, but my mom told me that i was no longer allowed to allow my roommates to cut my hair, so we had to come up with something else. This is what we came up with...

Bike Jousting! I of course had to put on a fat suit get on a bike and allow my roommates to whack me off the bike...
needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed this game.

Okay so the picture above is of me eating a kiwi.... or actually about to eat a kiwi. For one of my classes we have to make goals and achieve them. My goal for this day was to try something new. Kiwi was that days item.... it took awhile to finally eat but it wasn't as bad as i thought. i might have another one... next year.

Our Tye Dye Party!

We got a little carried away... but we decided one can never have to much Tye dye!

I woke up this morning sat on the couch, and began to eat breakfast to try and wake up. My two roommates quickly then proceeded to grab spoons sit next to me and steal my breakfast! I was helpless and could do nothing but let them.

Poem

This poem was written by my FHE Brother Alan and my roommate Nicole:

Grilled Cheese

Into the current, merciless violence

Ebbing flows of hunger from below

Breaking through the deep sounds of silence

Escaping from its grasp i cannot go

Cheese on the grill, divine words from above

Wonderful servant seeks my relief

Floating to me like a sweet little dove

Reinforcing the principles of my belief

To my rescue she selflessly runs

Wonderful butter, sweet slices of cheese

Wedged between the most beautiful buns

Brings me helplessly to my knees

Such divinity will surely be blessed

It flows over the edges like a water fountain.

My appreciation i have truly confessed

On the worlds tallest vast mountain.

Dress me up Kait.

My rommates decided i needed to dress a little more girly... so they dressed me up in Meredith's dress, Alyssa's boots, and Melissa's hat. Meredith is 5'6 . i am 5'10 ! Hence why the dress is a little short. But i decided i love sun dresses! (just a little longer ones.)

Wierd Cravings

So last weekend i bet a friend of mine that i could go from Tuesday through Friday with no sugar. Well it is now Friday, only a few more hours to go... and i think i might continue this a little longer... yes my heart breaks every time i have to turn down chocolate especially when it's free! but .. I'm still alive. So since I'm allowed no sugar i have had to be reduced to trying fruits! well i have found that i love Bananas! I bought a bushel yesterday and it is now gone. ( can you die from to much Bananas?!)

well anyways tonight i was trying to find a snack that wasn't sugar, and i had a sudden craving for this:



It was sooooo Good!

Since i can not have bananas and peanut butter every night i need a few more ideas, for sugar free snacks... I'm willing to try almost anything... so if you have any ideas please let me know.

Water Fight!

I can not begin to tell everyone how many water fights i have been in within the last week! randomly someone will start it and we don't quit until over half our apartment is soaking wet. Oops!

...sewing projects...

This was the first project that we made in my children's sewing class. I thought that they were absolutely adorable! It so much fun to make miniature clothing. I love going to that class. Almost everyone in there is married and expecting a child. Its so much fun to watch there faces as they make all these things for there baby.

So this is my bib. Yeah it is huge! I decided i was going to put it in my purse and pull it out every now and then to use on myself! I'm not saying I'm messy when i eat but every time i eat an old man comes and throws food on me! Talk about bad luck... i think ill stick with just buying bibs at the store when the time comes.

This is by far my favorite thing we've made so far. Its a baby sleeper! Talk about cute! I still cant believe that i actually made it. I even embroidered the little feet on there. ( sorry about the camera cord in the pic :p )

Curly...

I finally learned what and how to use a diffuser! i know my mom is probably grinding her teeth thinking " I've tried. She just doesn't listen to anything i say." Well i do and i did. While my roommate was at class i borrowed her diffuser and... Voila! Curly! Yeah i know how shockingly curly my hair is! Everyday i do my hair and think to myself " If only i lived in the 80's!"

Anyone have a time-traveling machine?!

wal*mart

It's official i am now a Wal*mart employee! Stay tuned for updates of Kaitlin in a hairnet! Yeah I'm working in the deli and have to wear a goofy hair net and i don't even get to sample the food! how unfair!

Have you ever noticed how some of the Wal*mart employees name is all crooked and pushed to one side of the card? Does it bother you like it bothers me? Well when i made my name tag i took extra time to make sure my name was centered and straight.... i dunno maybe that scrapbooking gene my mom gave me is coming out a little.
