feed us we are starving students...

The night before we all left for Thanksgiving break, my roommates and i got really bored, so naturally they make me do something stupid.... like put on all my sweatshirts and make my very own fat suit! So I did... Then my roommate Nicole did the same thing... we made the sign above and walked around our dorm complex... no one thought we were very funny but we had more fun just laughing at ourselves.

Evidently Liz does! Once again we were really bored! (it happens a lot and that is not always a good thing) In this case we decided to cut each others hair. So Alyssa started cutting Liz's hair... I tried to help but when i cut the back of her hair crooked she banned me from ever cutting her hair again! ha ha I do have to say that had i had a better pair of scissors... we were using Alyssa's sewing scissors... i could have done a better job! at least that's what i tell myself.

Okay i will admit i too trusted my roommates to cut my hair! Ahhhhhh... That's probably what you all are thinking. Well don't have a heart attach. It turned out alright. All they did , meaning Liz and Alyssa, was cut my mullet off in the back and give me some layers. I think it looks alright but you be the judge.

So what did i learn from this? Simply this... Have someone hide all the scissors in case we ever get bored again... i wouldn't want to end up bald!

So bored that i'll put nylons over my head for my own and my roommates entertainment...

So here's the story... well the truth is there isn't really one. I was really bored and everyone was being really boring. So in order to spice things up a little bit i pulled the whole, nylon over the head thing. lol you can't tell me you have never done this before.

I have nothing to say besides.... i look hideous! haha

Tennis

Saturday Alyssa, Elise, Meredeth, Melissa, Dan, Austin, Antonio, and i played tennis.

Austin and i were on a team. We played against Alyssa and Dan. And TOTALLY BEAT THEM!! Very rare have i ever beat Alyssa so i was ecstatic!

Then Austin and I played against Dan and Elise. And once again we won! I'm telling you we were unstoppable!

When Austin and i played against Alyssa and Dan, Austin was hitting the ball over the net and Alyssa got hit in the leg really hard by the ball. She has a huge bruise. The rest of the time he kept apologizing. Elise also got hurt. She fell and scraped up her thigh and has a bigger bruise then Alyssa. Austin and Dan thought it was there fault so they continued to apologize to both Alyssa and Elise the rest of the day.

You Play Bigger Or Better!

The rules of the game (for those of you who don't know): You start off with a penny and you go to different houses, and ask do you have anything bigger or better and trade with them... And so on until the time limit, which you set before hand, is up. Then you meet up and see who has the biggest and best thing.

It was Ashley, Elise, and me on a team against Alyssa, Nicole, and Lizzy.

So we started off with a penny and ended up with rootbeer floats! The other team ended up with a guy. Personally i think we won! Ice Cream is way better! Ha Ha!

Midnight Cleaning

My roommates and i stayed up tell like three in the morning cleaning our dorm for inspections. We got a lot done we made Brownies... ate the Brownies... and laughed a ton. We also did laundry, our curtains had mold growing on them, it was so gross.

Our couches were so gross we tried to be all creative and make then look better, but this is how it turned out. lol. We laughed so hard.

(P.S. We did not keep the couches like that. When we woke up and realized how horribly bad it looked we immediately fixed it.)

The Boys

So we (realize when i say we i normally mean me, my roommates, Alyssa, and her roommates.) met these guys in our igroup , which is something for our orientation, and we immediately got along with them. So we planned a Friday night game night. Well actually it was more a Jello and pudding party but we played a lot of games

This is Austin. He is super funny! The best part is he wears his socks almost up to his knees while wearing shorts. lol.

At the game night we played Apples to Apples and Moose Moose, and a bunch of mind games. It was really fun.

So ever since i went over to Sarah's house for a cousin sleepover i have been dying to re-inact the whip cream toss. So I did...

I want to put the video i got of it but I'm not quite sure how to yet . But one day i will put it up. It's great.

We made a huge mess and no one escaped without whip cream on them.

So after Friday night we decided that we should thank the guys for coming over. So we bought two cans of whip cream and made a really cute card, and dropped it off at there house. The next night they called us and invited us over for brownies. They were really good! We played the game I never... So we got to know a little more about each other. It was fun and all the guys were great!

Poor Tang-a-lang-a-tash-a-gama

Okay here is a sad sad story... So me being the perfect roommate (he he) decided that i would clean the apartment and vacuum, since we had dorm room inspections, well while cleaning I decided to move the couch and stuff. Well when i leaned back against the desk to look at the beautiful job i did i heard a huge CRASH! And felt water run all down my back. Well turned out when i leaned back i pushed the fish bowl, which i forgot was there, against the wall and broke it. I jumped up looking for my fish. There he was lying next to the desk flopping. So i hurried up and picked him up! (Yes i pick up a fish in my Hand!!!! Gross.) I ran into the kitchen and...

Grabbed one of my roommates cups and filled it with water, dumped the fish in and made sure he was still alive. And Guess What He was! Yes Tang... Is still alive. So after i made sure he was alive i went and evaluated the mess. Then i realized i had glass down my shirt. Me being the dork i am, immediately started to take off my shirts. While in the process of that i realized my blinds we're open! Ahhhh... So with my shirt half off i tried too close my binds... But everything is good... tang... is still alive, and no one saw me. The only thing i was afraid off was my roommates walking in and seeing me half naked with a huge mess around me and a vacuum. They probably would have thought i had this weird ritual of vacuuming naked... lol

(This is my foot. I smashed it and it really hurt. All because i was trying to clean. This only confirms that i should not move stuff while cleaning or that i should just not clean:)

This day was a very bad day. But very funny now that i look back.

Roommates

So i forgot to tell you about who i am living with. I am rooming with a girl named Nicole she is really cute, does her own thing but gets along with everyone. Then in the other room there is Meredeth and Melissa. Meredeth and Melissa are good friends. They played water polo together there senior year of high school. There super nice. Alyssa, my best friend from Nampa lives right next door. Her roommates are super cute too. They names are Ashley, Elise, and Liz. Both mine and Alyssa's roommates are super good friends now. We are continually doing things together.

Flying away

As most of you know i am now at college! Crazy i know... it still doesn't feel real to me. The whole first week i felt like i was at EFY. But as soon as classes started and i cooked my first real meal, reality hit me. The taste of overly salty potatoes just made me realize that i definitely am on my own. I am really enjoying it here. The people are great and the classes are amazing. Who would ever have thought that i would actually want to study! Well now that I'm moved in I'll show you what it's like to live like a college student with 3 other girls.
